Sclerotium or Sclerotia (plural) is a type of fungus which does not resemble a mushroom but is hard and dark colored with the consistency of cereal. It typically can be found under the cap of certain edible mushrooms and can remain dormant for a long time, in some cases up to ten years. Sclerotia for euphoric trips are also known as philosopher's stone, magic truffles.
The Fresh truffles are vacuum packed in food-grade bags, in portions of 15 grams. This way they stay fresh up to 3 months when stored in your refrigerator.
The Powdered truffles are very potent and packed in portions of 5 grams. Store in a dark and dry place, they stay fresh for 12 month.
For those who prefer to make tea, we sell fresh dry powder. In this fine powder the cells are broken, and more of the active substance is released. If you would like to store a greater quantity for a longer period, then you can strain tea in the same way and freeze the juice into ice blocks in small bags. Use enough water so that 1 of the small ice blocks makes up 1 dose.
